RFID- TI from Schober is an entrance solution
for the production of smart labels. It features dual reader for HF and UHF
frequencies and is accurate in verifying transponders or finished RFID
labels. The system ensures total production monitoring. The tag/inlay
inserter in this system is a servo motor driven dispensing unit offering
clear and opaque transponder rolls and EAS tags. The system has web guides
to dispense inlays with high precision.

We offer Schober RFID- STP / BTP system for
manufacturing labels, tickets and tags having RFID circuitry. This is a
rotary web converting system that works equally-well with both, wet and dry
inlays. The hotmelt-jet applicator in these systems synchronize with Schober’s
'cut and place' technology to apply non-adhesive inlays with accuracy. The
system supports multiple activities such as laminating process, punching,
perforating and cutting applications. The RFID-STP/BTP uses in line
transponders reading and verification, thus monitoring the total production
process involved.
